Strive for at least 150 minutes of exercise per week. This can be broken down to a quik 30 minutes of exercise per day. Could be walking, swimming or anything that gets your heart rate up!
Cut your coffee calories. Over this weekend, try to skip that morning cup of coffee and break that weekly cycle.
Keep a fitness journal. Fitness journals are extremly benefitical when kept up with. You can track your food, weight, etc for the day and track your progress.
Pay attention to your thoughts. Your thoughts are the biggest influnce on your actions. Watch and listen to your thoughts and fight that urge.
Eat the rainbow.. and no we don’t mean Skittles. Make sure to eat your greens at every meal, and incorperate any other color you can!
